McDonalds complaint: Threatening Staff

My complaint:

Visited the drive thru on 13621 at 1515. I ordered a chicken legend with bbq sauce 6 nuggets and a vanilla shake.
I asked to double check the order as laminated sign was obscuring the order screen. The lady taking the order was very difficult to hear and was confused as I had asked about the laminated sign said some of the chicken range was in limited supply. When I collected my order I asked where the burger was and was told in the bag. No it’s not. I said it’s nuggets and was told I didn’t order the Legend. I said I had ordered it with BBQ sauce, which was in the bag plus a further sauce so 2 x BBQ sauce one 6 nuggets and fries. So she clearly heard my order otherwise why was there 2 sauces.
I said I wasn’t happy as I have not been given what I ordered. I was told I had to go back around and queue again – this made no sense !!! I had food that would have gone cold.
A manager appeared and I was told I had to go and wire or leave. The Manager “Drew” then told me to stop insulting his staff… for getting upset that what I had ordered wasn’t given to me or offered for me to have it and to wait in a waiting bay.
I was then told he would call the police …. So I was threatened and insulted and denied ordering again.

Suggested solution:

Your staff need to be told about customer service. Complaint handling and resolution.
I’d like an apology from the store for the upset they have caused and for the threats of being arrested.

I would like to know how you intend on restoring my faith in the brand and what you intend on doing to address the appalling customer service.
