McDonalds complaint: Terrible service

My complaint:

I use the drive-thru at McDonalds at Milton Keynes stadium once or twice a week have always been pleased with their excellent service. So I am very disappointed that the last 3 times I have visited have been terrible. Long waits despite there being no other cars in the line and items missing from my order. I do not have time to go back each time to complain in person, so I have previously just accepted what I have , despite losing money. Today however was just the last straw. I ordered a Philly Stack, plain cheeseburger a McFlurry, paid at the 1st window, then received the McFlurry at the 2nd window and was asked to wait at the 3rd window for the rest of my order. Some 10-15 minutes later, I was handed a bag of food, no apology for the wait. I drove home (only 5 minutes away). By the time I got home the icecream was melting, and when I opened th3 food bag, I had a vegan cheeseburger and fries! There was no receipt in the bag, but I’m sure this offering did not amount to the nearly £9.00 I paid. Again there was no tiime to go back, so we shared the burger threw away the fries. What is happening! It appears I can no longer depend on McDonalds for a speedy tasty lunch and I’m paying good money for something I don’t want.

Suggested solution:

A credit for the food I did not receive would be a start, but if service does not improve, I will need to look elsewhere for my lunch
