My complaint:
I order and pick up food from this location once a week and the employees there are very rude and don’t care about their customers. They do not wait on the customers waiting inside at the pick up counter, They will walk right by you and not say a word. you actually have to get their attention by saying something. If you ask for anything extra like my tea is hot can i get more ice they look at you like you asked them for a million dollars. they never put a straw or ketchup in the bag. Most of the time the top of the bags are crumpled and torn and they just throw it on the counter. Never say Hi or thank you they just what do you want.
I deliver food in the evenings for a part time job and go to many restaurants to pick up food every evening, Including Mcdonalds, luckily not that one. All the restaurants I go to are very polite and always ready to help. I have been treated bad by this location for almost a year and really would like to see some happy people working there and be treated like a person not a dog begging for food. It just ruins my lunch every time i go there. Thank you for listening,

Please train your employees to be courteous to their customer and act like they want to be there.
