My complaint:
I am a returning customer at this McDonald’s located at 2800 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn New York 11207. On Sunday, September 3, 2023 I came in for breakfast. I nicely asked the employee Carolyn that works at this McDonald’s for more napkins. The way Carolyn handed me the napkins was very rude. I nicely thanked her for handing me the napkins and she didn’t even nicely say you’re welcome. She was being disrespectful. I came up to the counter and Carolyn asked me if I needed something, I said I wanted to speak with the manager. I told Carolyn that she gave me an attitude when she handed me the napkins. Carolyn had the nerve to argue with me and say she didn’t have an attitude. She did have an attitude. First of all you don’t ever argue with a customer. That was where Carolyn was in the wrong.
