My complaint:
First, I ordered one sausage egg biscuit and 2 apple pies at 9:30am. You would think the food would be fresh and cooked. However, the sausage egg biscuits were not even warm. After taking a bit, the biscuits were very hard, and the sausageegg were not fully cooked. The entire sausage egg biscuit must have been cooked earlier and then resold to the customer. I was highly disappointed and upset.
Secondly, the apple pies were not cooked. When I opened the box to taste them, they were light in color and hard. Both sausage egg biscuit and apple pies were not cooked.
I will not return to or buy from the McDonald’s Restaurant 10158 located on 3120 S 3rd in Memphis, TN.
Suggested solution:
McDonald's can resolve my complaint by giving me a full refund and provide a free meal from my disgusting experience.
