McDonalds complaint: refusal of Blue light card over charged Management refused to see me Cold food

My complaint:

I was served by a very nice girl at the drive through, I made my order and then presented my Blue light card. She said, ‘oh I don’t know where that is on the till’. I asked her if she was new and the reply was yes. So i asked to see the manager, she went to see the manager, who looked at me through the glass in the door and told the girl to tell me, NO, TELL HER IM BUSY where she was just talking to another colleague!
I was Quite shocked at this response, and so rude. A young man came into the booth and said we have never done blue light card in this store, whereas i have been many times and received it? Upon paying I was charged for my McCrispy meal, but charged separately for the drink? Once i had received the meal it was cold and half a portion of fries. My main concern is how the manageress dealt with me, and embarrassing the poor young new member of staff. So unprofessional. I myself (many moons ago) worked as a floor manager in the past, and believe this level of service unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

To own responsibility for the store involved, customers and staff. I would also like a refund for the meal received.
