McDonalds complaint: Poor service and missing items

My complaint:

I have ordered twice today from the mcdoanlds app because there was missing items in order yet again. I ha e complained via the app so many times I have lost count and was just on the phone to uber eats but when I was on hold for over 30 minutes !! They hung up the call which is absolutely disgusting. I ordered the missing items which were the strawberry lemonade, Coke and 2 brownies but they brought everything but the strawberry lemonade.

Whilst trying to sort this out our food went cold and most of it had to be chucked in the bin which is a waste of money especially in this climate. All they keep doing is refunding and sending me vouchers which I can only use in the store but why would I want to go back there when I know they never get my order right. This is absolutely disgusting and it was supposed to be a nice meal with my family and it was mine and my partners 5 year anniversary and now it is ruined. I want this raised higher as this is becoming a joke.

Suggested solution:

I want it raised higher and for all my future orders to be correct and for an actual line that you can speak to the restaurant to solve any problems that customers may have instead of waiting on the line for ages to speak to a person which all they can do is issue a refund and this doesn\'t solve the issue at all. Would leave zero stars if it would let me
