My complaint:
They have started delaying taking orders until they get cars pulling away with the food. They will take a few orders and then wait until those are completed and then start taking orders again. This is leaving huge gaps in their line causing no flow in their service. Then when they decide to start taking orders again, they don’t always take who was supposed to be next. I literally sat for nine minutes last week with not one order being taken in front of me. After laying on the horn, they started taking orders again.
Suggested solution:
Take orders in the flow that any other McDonalds would. It is not a new concept.
