My complaint:

My family and I was at a basketball tournament in Mequon and decided to get McDonald’s on 072222. I used the McDonald’s app that I use all the time at home and out of town and paid the $36.03 via the app that has my debit card attached. When I showed up to the restaurant I was told that I had to pay again for the order because the payment was showing pending’ on their end. I showed the cashier my bank account that clearly showed the $36.03 debited from my account. The cashier said that she couldn’t do anything about it nor give us our food. I asked for a manager and the manager told me we had to pay again! After a lot of back and forth, the manager then got the District Manager on her cell phone who I spoke with and told me the same thing that the cashier and the Manager said. I left the store without my food order or my $36.03!! Still haven’t received a refund so they pretty much robbed us!!

Suggested solution:

Simply refund my $36.03 been waiting for 2 months!
