My complaint:
I am outraged by the way I was treated by the manager at McDonald’s store number 2725 in Hallandale Beach, FL. Rude, negative, and unwilling to help anyone. I politely asked for 5 minutes of his time to explain something that had happened in the store, and he immediately responded, No problem, I’ll take 5 minutes from another customer to help you. What is wrong with this guy? I explained to him that I sought assistance from an employee on how to proceed because I had placed an order through the app at another store and didn’t know if I could cancel it or how to place the order correctly. This employee told me it wasn’t her job to help me. That’s why I called the manager. I explained this to him, and he asked me back, Are you unhappy because you placed the wrong order? I said, No, I just want to know how to cancel your order. He replied, You can’t. Anything else? What kind of service is this? I want you to take action. I will speak out about this and spread this case to the whole world. It’s unacceptable to be disrespected at McDonald’s. Never again. I swear I will consult with my lawyer to see if I can take any legal action. I promise you that I won’t rest until this issue is resolved. I will also check with Channel 7 News.
Suggested solution:
I want McDonalds to make this manager to say sorry to me.
