My complaint:

Management at this facility has proven to be unprofessional, and rude.
My son (Minor) Robert Champion has been employed since October 2020. I have tried to address my concerns at facility management levl, with no Outcome. First complaint, there has been times they have had him clock out and stock off the clock. They penalize him, for not being able to stay over late during school days (again he is a minor). When I go in person to address my concerns they talk to one another in Spanish, SUPER Rude! Management has changed at this location several times, and within these changes my son still has not been given a raise, they still have him at $8.00. Management prior to now, has stated Robert is a good employee and should of gotten a raise along time ago?! There has been kids with NO prior experience that have started after Robert, and has been given a raise, ALL whom are Hispanic, seems a little racist? Last update I received With manager Jeremy, she stated because my son doesn’t work weekends, this is why he hasn’t got a raise? Which is totally incorrect. Records will show first 6 months of employment he worked EVERY Friday Saturday and Sunday, and now works EVERY Friday and Sunday excluding Saturdays due to Diving school. Management staff has been repeatedly rude, and seem to get over on minors they are not knowledgeable of polices and procedures.
