My complaint:
I normally go to drive thru but it was backed up around the bldg. I went inside and waited for service. The gal said they couldn’t do a hamburger deluxe so I just ordered and then waited quite a while for order to be ready. In standing inside, the counter in front of me was completely filthy and the floor was sticky. Behind the counter was the real problem. The counters and floor were littered and dirty. The people working there were sloppy looking and everything and everyone just looked unclean. Ariana P was manager in charge. Normally, I am a drive thru customer and after seeing the inside of the store I am no longer a customer. I normally do not complain, I just don’t return. This was way beyond anything I have ever seen at any fast food place.
Suggested solution:
There is no resolution. I would have refused the food, but this was intended for my dog. He enjoyed it. I will not be returning to McDonalds. There are too many other fast food places to eat. I had no clue that the inside of restaurant looked like this. Everyone working there should be embarrassed and ashamed.
