My complaint:
I live very close to this McDonald’s and I go in there almost every day and it seems around 6:00 p.m. is when this manager is on I don’t know her name but I will find out. She is very rude and the staff members are also rude at this time of the day they allow people to stand there while they’re doing nothing at all back there because I’ve seen them and make people stand there and wait for whatever reason. Not only do they do that the manager screams at people to tell them to use the key ask and that’s how they have to order some people don’t have a card they only have cash and they can’t order that way but she doesn’t care she’s very mean and there’s people standing around at the counter doing nothing why can’t they take the order I don’t understand why and she doesn’t need to talk to the customers like that it’s very unprofessional and frankly it’s very disturbing and frightening and intimidating she’s a bully she does not belong in a job working with people because she’s very terrible with people. I was going to order something tonight and because she screamed at me that I had to use the kiosk I walked out of there I didn’t want to order anything and I was going to order for me and my whole family tonight but I did not instead I went to a different restaurant I went to Burger King. Not only is she been rude to me I’ve seen her be rude to other customers she was also rude to my husband who came in there with his daughter who is 10 years old they ordered food and they were using the free Wi-Fi to play games on their phone and that same woman came up to them and streaked at him telling them that he needs to leave because there’s a 20-minute limit there and that he needs to order something he did order something she didn’t even bother to find out if he ordered something or not and that’s not the way you deal with things that was very terrible and embarrassing how could she be like that how could she work for you guys she represents you guys terribly I don’t think he would want someone like that representing you I hope not anyway I was somebody would look into this matter also the McFlurry machine they keep saying is broke it’s been broke for 2 months now I think they just don’t want to clean it because every other McDonald’s in town there’s works but not this one and the ladies very rude when you ask her for one so are all the workers I can’t stand going in there and I’m never going in there again until she’s gone and people that I know are going to follow suit because they don’t like her either you should have a pleasant experience when you’re going to get something to eat and relax not be yelled and shreaked at by some mean woman is the same that I have to take my business elsewhere because I don’t feel like being ridiculed and harassed by the manager by the way she made my boyfriend’s daughter cry too
Suggested solution:
They should do away with that manager or make her face consequences for her actions because she's terrible to people you should not treat customers that way you shouldn't treat anybody that way
