My complaint:

Pulled up to drive thru, worker starts making fun of my damaged bumper. “How’d you do that?!” Legit laughing his ass off. I’m like dude idk. Hands me my drink and said pull up to the spot so someone can bring it out. Went to the spot. 20 min later someone finally came out.

“Oh hey we lost your order” I’m like dude no other car has even come thru. Just been waiting. He kept being a jerk so I’m like fuck this I’m not waiting another 20 min JUST IN CASE YOU WANNA BRING MY FOOD THIS TIME. MAYBE IF YOU WERENT SO BUSY MAKING FUN OF MY CAR YOU WOULDA REMEMBERED.

Called them and emailed corporate. Corporate responded and said the store would reach out. Never received my refund or ANYTHING.

Fast forward 10 days, I said ok I’m done waiting I am disputing that.

Same day, I place a mobile order.

I GET DOUBLE CHARGED BY THE APP.

So I fill out the contact form for the refund. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID?! THEY WILL SEND IT TO THE STORE.

Like AGAIN?!!! No refund AGAIN?! I literally provided the screen shot of being double charged.

Idk but I know one thing. I will NEVER give this scum business another dime as long as I live.

Suggested solution:

REFUND MY MONEY YOU DOUBLE CHARGED ME GAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DONT EVEN WANT TO STEP FOOT ON YOUR PREMISES THE REST OF MY LIFE JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR IM DISPUTING AGAAAIN
