My complaint:
They discriminate against crew members. They constantly keep hiring more employees and cut off hours of the exisiting ones. They keep cancelling my shifts everyday. And also the managers seem to have a biasness towards people from their own cultural background.
Not only that, I recently came to know that someone resigned because they were sexually abused and were asked to keep quiet about it. This is extremely messed up.
Suggested solution:
It would be appreciated if you would look into the matters or discrimination and abuse. Employees shouldn't have their hours cut everyday and hours shouldn't be assigned based on cultural background. There are those who get 3-4 breaks but sign out for only one. This is extremely discriminatory.
