My complaint:

I bought my breakfast @ 05:19:47 am after collecting from the counter was seeking a table to have the breakfast. One of the cleaner on duty said that the table in which I was about to choose was closed area. Then directed to another zone .
Quietly after accepting the indication, I acknowledge and found a clean area to take my breakfast.

After having my breakfast sandwich was having my coffee.
The same cleaner was asking me to move to another area in which I was about to sit for breakfast . On the nearby area were more two clients also having thier breakfast whom she said to move to another zone.
I found it rude and inappropriate the tone of voice very authoritative disrespecting the customer .
So I raised concern and one of the security on duty said with arrogance and brutally that the cleaner had the right to let the customer move to another area has she needed to clean the area irrespectively whether the consumer is having hisher breakfast or not.
As I found it not right attitude directed myself towards the counter in order to speak to the Manager on Duty who was summoned by another member of staff as he was busy in the back office performing some duties.
On his arrival to the counter, I explained him the entire scenario and asked for his opinion.
In the meantime he came to the location where I was having my coffee.
One of the security on duty intervened and told him to go back as the Manager was about to tell the security and the cleaner what he thought was right.
I asked the Manager to give his name, the name of the cleaner and the security whom had got involved in the episode.
The security told the Manager to go back to his station without giving me the required names to make a complain .
The security was intimidating by pushing me aside .
The I had to go back to the counter to summon the Manager to ask to the names to make the complain.
There was a strong build staff member who seems to make a sought of mockery that the Manager was busy and had no right to give me any information.
In the meantime came another security who approached me with authority who happen to say that I had to take my coffee and walk out.
I said to him as a customer did not find it right to do so as still was having my coffee.
He threaten me to throw me out of the premises, even if I had to call the police, nothing would be resolved in my favour.
I find the entire customer service was professionally handled.

Suggested solution:

The cleaner should have make the customers aware that area would be closed once the customer were consumer their breakfast.
Customers comes first. There was no need to show arrogance or being aggressive towards the customers.
The Manager listened to the security on duty. It should be the other way around. The security duty is to protect the customer and members of staff in case of any nuisance or disorder, which were none.
The cleaner only had to wait until the customer finish consuming their breakfast and only then could clean the areas instead of pushing the customers who where consuming their breakfast.
Where is it written inside the premises in display that the cleaner has the right to be rude to the customers and ask them to move in due course of the consumption of sold items in the premises when they feel is right to do so disrespecting the customers.
If this the policy of McDonald I would like to have it in writing to
understand the terms conditions of the items bought within the premises are subject to the disposability of the cleaner whether the customer like it or not.
Since when the cleaner has the right to tell the customer to move from one table to another at the discretion of the cleaner.
Do the council who issues the licence for the premises are aware of the attitude that is practiced within the premises are with the accord of such misconduct behaviour of the members of staff?
How can such an renowned establishment not have respect for their customers whom they depend on to get their remuneration?
