My complaint:
Hi
I order the food via drive through man take the order and ask me to park on second gate
After 13 mins no come to me
Finally we go the order windows to ask what happened to order and they replied the order we took not in menu anymore
Then I said why you took order and no ask me for replacement order
And some time someone come ask me to cancel order or get replacement
Which we got after another 5 mins wait
My main concern is time
When we go through drive we acceptation is to get food fast but they deliver very bad service
McDonald’s is a big brand and the staff and manager not capable to run the service well.damaging the reputation
