My complaint:
Big Macs are supposed to have 2 hamburgers on each and the one’s I received when I first ordered and brought home only had one burger on each. Brought them back to the store and gave them to the girl up front at counter and told her I wanted them replaced with correct Big Macs. She told me okay and then threw them in the garbage. I waited for 15 minutes and they did not give me the replaced Big Macs. I told the manager up front and she said be patient that other people were ahead of me. I waited another 15 minutes and she finally gave me a bag with 2 quarter pounders in it. I told her this is still wrong, that I wanted my 2 corrected Big Macs. After waiting another 5 minutes she finally gave me the 2 Big Macs. I told her I wanted Lagniappe for waiting so long and she told me that was all she would give me and would I kindly leave. I asked her for her name and the store phone number and she would not tell me. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager. This is the second time this store did this to me with the same mistake and items. It happened about 3 months ago, and now they are doing it again. If you ask me, they are not training the staff properly in food preparation and courtesy to the customer. If they mess up my order and I return it, I have the right to be treated courteously.
Suggested solution:
I finally got the correctly made Big Macs after waiting over 12 hour, but I got it with an attitude from the manager of all people. I think they need to properly train the food prep people how to make the sandwiches and train all the staff, especially the order takers and manager in courtesy to the customer. After all, we are paying their salaries. Without the customers, there would be no McDonalds.
