Marsh & Parsons complaint: Bad servce and treatment

My complaint:

The property manager is always not answering her phone and when left a message does not call back and even when she does is not polite nor helpful.
I live abroad and marsh and parsons are managing my flat , with this sevice most probably will not renew my contract.
Careless , slow and unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

Respond and respect their clients and earn their money they are taking from them.
