My complaint:
I would like to put a formal complaint in regarding my neighbours dog who live at no 29 sillett close Clacton on sea Essex from 5.306.30 in the morning its left out barking all day and in all weathers I was even reduced to knocking on there door at 4 in the morning as it was out barking from 11 at night and I had work the next day and needed some sleep it ended up in a row with them screaming names at me they are not approachable people and they are obviously are breaking the London and quadrant contract that says we have to consider our neighbours well they are clearly not also its unfair on the dog its clearly getting stressed being left out there I have 8 over neighbours around me that have dogs but never hear them maybe 5 miniutes max and then there in but no 29 just leaves it out there all the time
Suggested solution:
I would like you to contact them to remind them that they are breaking there contract and they need to sort this dog barking problem out as this is not right
