My complaint:
They were hired for shower tile restoration 4/08/2022. Paid $300. Did not complete all the work as promised. Did not restore the grout on the short shower wall and only restored the grout halfway on the 3 tall shower walls. He did a satisfactory job on on the shower floor except some of of the product came off the floor. We did pay him but we did not notice the inferior work until we took our showers that night. Contacted him regarding his work and he told us not to worry he will honor his work. Today my wife contacted him and he said he did not know when he will be able to come back maybe the middle of May. Just to let you know that I did give this vendor a good review based on his politeness and his guarantee to fix the issues. But he was not courteous and full of excuses about when he could come out and in way blamed us for not noticing he did not complete the work.

Suggested solution:
Would like 50% refund of the $300 paid so we can hire reputable company to finish the job. May wife does not want to see him again.
