My complaint:
I am creating this post because I have tried all possible options to get access to my account which was restricted for the 2nd time in 2 months for no good reason. I have created support cases after support cases which are simply closed with a nonsensical statement saying ‘Please open a support case by signing in to the impacted account’
How do i submit a support case from the account which I am not able to sign in to?
A platform like this with a millions of users having such a poor support process really makes you question the credibility and if concern and feedback of users is really taken into any account.
Our LinkedIn profile impacts our career in a huge way and losing access to it for no proper or meaningful reason and not getting any support later is a shame to say the least.
I am frustrated, tired, and exhausted of trying to get access to my account back when the support process should be seamless when there are millions of users paying a good amount every month for their subscriptions.
