My complaint:

I took my Chevrolet 2010 Malibu in for service on March 31, 2022, due to Stabilitrack light comes on and off and has been a constant issue.

The advisor advises me a check via diagnostic test $189.95 plus tax. Sensor for right rear tire $94.07 The final total invoice was $194.95 which I paid. I drove my car and parked in the garage. I did not drive it until 4 days later March 3,2022, and the traction serviceesc light came on again and stay sturdy. The exact problems that were to be serviced and corrected. This appeared to not have taken place.

I contacted the service manager via email on a Sunday, March 3, 2022, to inform him, the problems were not corrected. The next day emailed me to make the appointment to bring the car back in. I was able to return for service on yesterday, March 4122022 and was advised to leave the car there so the issues could be corrected. However, I was able to pick up the car only, if I again was charged for the same stabilitacttraction warning light. Sensor light $34.90. My complaint is why not was this sensor light diagnose as well the first time. Lo and behold, I was charged $34.90parts plus labor a total of $374.80 plus tax total invoice $411.61. I was charged double for labor for both sensors when both should had been solved on March 31, 2022.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse the labor cost, because I did as I was asked, bring the car in and left Lasorsa via the invoice that found right tire sensor faulty, removed and replaced right tire sensor. The diagnostic test was performed. I am disputing the invoice dated 4/1/3/2022 cost of $411.61 for the same problemsstabilitacttraction warning light that were not corrected and had to return to service.
