My complaint:

I am a member of their club so I get emails with all kinds of offers and coupons. The coupon that was in my email this morning stated I could get ANY dozen for $6.99. I read the fine print and it didn’t say anything about limiting the particular doughnuts.

When I got to order, I was immediately told, no, none of the premium doughnuts were covered under that offer. Only the most basic ones, glazed, jelly and chocolate but none of the flavored ones. If I included any of the premium there would be an upcharge. In other words any dozen doesn’t include most of their stock. This is pure and simple bait and switch which is simply lying. When you have a coupon that says ANY DOZEN, you should honor that to cover ANY DOZEN.

Suggested solution:

They can either send me gift cards to cover four dozen doughnuts (which was what I was planning on purchasing as this was what they coupon said I could order for this price) at whatever their normal price is for their premium or I can go all over social media and leave reviews everywhere teeming people they are liars who do not honor their coupons. And in the future they can state specifically in their coupons what is and what isn't covered or they can get honest and tell their stores to honor what the coupon actually says.
