Knights Inn complaint: Horrible customer service and missing money

My complaint:

I been staying at this motel for about two months now ignoring all the bad things that have happened to me and my boyfriend ( like when a worker busted in my room and me and my boyfriend was sleeping ) or we almost got infested by roaches and bed bugs , we both was understanding and patient but last night was the last straw I contacted the front desk about a charge of 745 and the rooms we booked was Dec 26-6 Jan and I tried telling her it was a 125 over charge she continue to raise her voice at me claiming I was the one being disrespectful and she continue to just out wardly not help me with my issue and misfortune, after all that abuse was done I walked to the office to see if anyone else was there that was more professional but no the same woman and she went ahead and called a “supervisor “ yeah that wasn’t no help . “Talking and taking sides “ I figured I would just handle it in the morning when new people were on the job ! But then I received a call from the same lady telling me I should suspect my boyfriend as the thief . But the charge was under only one name knights inn. And oh my what a attitude change when she saw I wasn’t letting it go and I wasn’t gonna be over powered and bullied . Let’s just say I will be up in the office in the morning to continue my missing money route .

Suggested solution:

I need my 125 back and an apology I have never been disrespected and attacked like that ever and I never have been the kinda person to be rude to anyone ever that I was accused of.
