My complaint:

Manager invited me to leave at 10:45 AM today or by check-out tomorrow. I’m at library on its computer. Will load pics later from phone. Manager came to my room at 10:45 AM. Lambasted me about going to housekeeper, telling her that I had told mgr about the next door guest scraping microbials/ lint off A/C filter onto to the public walkway. Each time I exited my room, I had to walk through the dirt/fuzz balls/lint. It covered a wide swat from his door all the way to the railing. Could not be jumped over/walked around…Maid told me That’s my job. More than an hour later, the mess was still there. I was taking photos of it. Maid was another room knocking on the door announcing Housekeeping. Manager, Steven knocked on my door, wanting to know why I mentioned anything to the maid about the FILT not being picked up, why I was taking pictures, that I could leave now and when I told him that I could have been complaining (and seeing that it was falling on deaf ears) every day he told me that I had to leave by check-out tomorrow. I had paid for a week 8/1. There is more about the condition of this hotel. The maid led me to believe that he handles problems. I took photos of the stained bedcover but has since erased those…so many I did not want it taking up GBs. I have photos on my phone. I will continue this on a separate form if I can determine how to since this is my first iphone. He told me She blows it every afternoon. He was telling me it was not time for her to pick up the mess, it had to wait until afternoon. I said So you run people off the property just by being on it (maid had stated that people were put off the property on morning) but a guest can do anything they want to the property and we just have to put up with it! I told him I could start with a complaint about what that sign in the window states ALL rooms have been remodeled/revamped-whatever it says leading the public to believe we won’t find just the opposite. This is aggregious. He would not want his 73 year old mother, sister, grandmother staying in a room with all the broken items, stains that look like blood…etc. Tell him about it. HE DOES NOTHING. Suggested solution:

Steven, the manager told me I could leave this morning (it was not 11:00 AM) yet or I could leave tomorrow by check-out. I paid for the week on 8/1/2023
