My complaint:
Why can’t your Zesta saltine crackers be produced and packaged in a manner equal to your biggest competitor, Nabisco Premium saltines? I actually prefer your recipe and taste over Nabisco. But over decades of buying and consuming both brands I have yet to open an individual package of your saltines that didn’t have multiple broken/crushed crackers, usually 2,3,4 but as many as 6 in one package of approximately 40 crackers /- 1 or 2. I just counted the broken crackers in my 2 remaining unopened packs in the last box of 4 packs I purchased and each pack have 3 broken out of 40 total. This is no exaggeration or imagining on my part and has been true for at least 4 plus decades of buying both brands of saltines. Is there something about your recipe that makes them more fragile and prone to breakage? I hope this does not fall on deaf ears and I receive a canned apology/answer from you PR department. I would like you to forward my complaint to a senior level person in your manufacturing and packaging chain of command. I will be awaiting an explanation that could account for why you can’t produce, package and ship this product with at least 98% non-breakage.
Suggested solution:
A reasonable explanation of why Nabisco premium cracker sometimes have 1 and maybe a maximum of 2 broken crackers compared to your rate which is 100-200% greater.
