My complaint:
I opened my brand-new pack lit up a cigarette started to smoke it and it was like smoking air was like no smoke was coming out. I buy 2 -3 packs a day sometimes it’s quit costly.
Suggested solution:
I\'m not to sure how it could be resolved. I no I spend lots of money on your brand of cigarettes but I do not no how I could resolve this I just wanted to let you no I was upset I really wanted to have that cigarette and lighting another one kinda felt burnt to my mouth because to close to have another puff of a new cigarette.
