My complaint:
Hi, been going to this jewel for over 20 years and it seems in the last year that service has gone down hill. It seems like every time i go whether it be on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday they only have 2 check out lanes open and a line of people waiting. Happened today again- Thursday June 29, 2023 around 12:00 noon. 2 lanes open, line of people waiting with full carts until a lady behind starting complaining and they opened another lane. Wouldn’t you think management would notice the lines and open another register? Also I have noticed on a few different occasions expired by sell date items. I have brought them up to the counter and quietly told them. Also once even brown hamburger meat which I told butchers about. Doesn’t seem like they really care. Limited baggers also, usually have to bag my own goceries.
Suggested solution:
Alittle more concern by employees would be nice.
