My complaint:

Store at 370 North Des Plaines in Chicago, Store Manager: Liz
I am a 66 year old disabled female who has been shopping at this Jewel since its opening. Several months ago a new store manager was hired. She is disrespectful with me and I have witnessed several altercations with her and other customers regularly. She has me followed through the store when I am shopping. Yesterday, November 6, 2022 she took down my licence plate number from my car.

I do not feel safe shopping there. I am being harassed and have had my privacy invaded. Her employees do not respect her and many of my friends have stopped shopping at this location because of her. She is a detriment to the store.

Suggested solution:

If I were losing business because of an employee that harassed, invaded my customers privacy, spoke with the utmost rudeness to my customers and stalked them while shopping, I would have no choice but to fire them..Best case, this woman needs to learn how to treat her customers and employees with dignity and respect.
