My complaint:
Stephanie, k, check me out from my groceries. I was trying to be very nice to her and she was extremely Route to me When I Pointed Out A Coupon. She said don’t tell me how to do my job. I’ve been here for twenty something years and continue to argue with me.
Suggested solution:
Train your employees on how to be nice and not to argue with the guest.
