My complaint:
My name is Kimberly Bradley my cousin and I walked in the store July 18th 2023 at 10pm to purchase some item An employee of that store called security right away and accused us of shoplifting we were purchasing charcoal and wine coolers and liquor so as I was in line to pay for the items I noticed she told another worker that she called security so I stepped out of line and asked her why and she replied you’re trying to steal I showed her my money and she said to me why don’t you shop at your own stores in your neighborhood so I attempted to leave and left the items she followed me to the doors pushing me out so
I asked her not to put her hands on me as I turned around she was in my face calling me a ll kind of names and her saliva went in my face so I did the same and she punched me and I punched her back she lied on me and said I hit her first I have statements from the Palos police department we have to go to court for a battery charge she put on me I plan to get a lawyer for a lawsuit because we were racially profiled I have never experienced nothing like this before please look into this situation I shopp at jewels all the time this was so embarrassing and shocking thank you Ms .Bradley

My answer is to terminate her she should not be working In an establishment like jewels or any public business
