Jewel Osco complaint: Poor Customer Service

My complaint:

I visited the Jewel store 224, on Larkin Ave in Joliet, IL Saturday 92222 at 6pm. My husband and I went up to the deli to get chicken. The man standing there just looked at us and said, yeah? I told him what we wanted. 6 chicken tenders. He handed the bag over the counter looking the other way talking to another employee. Waiting for me to grab the bag from him. I took the bag and said, gee thanks! Have a nice night! He never looked at us, thanked us or gave a shit that we were there!
After getting flowers we went to the self check. The register we went to needed assistance… The manager in grey came. She didn’t say a word! Punched a key and walked away with an attitude. At this point my husband said something to her and she gave us a look with such an attitude. I was so shook by the lack of customer service at this location. This is not the first time either. I will never walk into this location again. Jewel use to take pride in treating customers with respect and friendliness.
