My complaint:

Today I had the worst experience of my life when shopping at Jewel Osco, I took 5 boxes of cereal that were labeled in a promotion where when buying multiples of 5 pieces each box of cereal would cost 1.99 (I have photos of the promotion) and when I got to the box the promotion does not appear and then the cashier calls the supervisor or manager named Katie Williams to resolve this matter and instead of resolving it, acting in a rude and unresolved manner, she told the cashier to call someone from groceries and this Groceries guy gives wrong information to the cashier and they end up canceling my cereal purchase so after 45 minutes of waiting I had to go back to the cereal area, take photos of the promises and go back to the box and go through it again Same lousy service and attitude from Miss Katie Williams until someone else came to sort it out. It took me 95 minutes to buy cereal and be treated in a disrespectful way and also have to return because they had charged me for 3 boxes of oatmeal instead of just 1 that I had bought. What I experienced today was truly a nightmare to be able to make a simple purchase of promotional cereals, I spent 2 and a half hours of my time on it.
