My complaint:
Hello. This is the 2nd time this happened . I have a newborn baby and I went to this jewel because they have the formula I need for my baby. However wen I have asked them to please open the glass where they have the formula so I can get the milk they have said it BOTH times that they can’t because they don’t have the keys because the manager takes them home with them at a a certain time …. However this jewel osco CLOSES AT 12am…. It’s barely 10pm!!!!
