My complaint:

I am a loyal Jewel Osco shopper and have been for years, buying 75% of my groceries from you. I am thankful for essential workers but at some point being overcharged is not acceptable. That time was today.

Great staff but a big part of why I shop with you is price during these tough times. A week ago at the Elk Grove Store I specifically got 8 for .88 items. A very nice clerk even got approval for the smaller Core waters to be approved due to stock issues. Then I was overcharged for ALL the rest of the items! I don’t live near there, was killing time waiting for my bff visiting her husband in the hospital.

Now twice, overcharged at l ast twice Jewel in the last few weeks at Palatine Dundee Times before but how long can you let it go? Today bagger was away then with chaos and back log they started charging me for the next guest items. Ugh! I called it out, they reversed charges and thought it was resolved but I paid .33 for yogurt I didn’t even buy! I understand it’s such a small amount but everything costs more with COVID. Who has money to be overcharged or pay anything for food they didn’t even buy??!

Suggested solution:

My number 224-595-0244 and you can look at my recent charges. I would like to be credited $2-$3!on my account or awarded an award or two to settle things.
