Jewel Osco complaint: I was charged after the items were returned to the Store

My complaint:

Order 55522231 was rejected by me, the dasher returned the items to the store The store manger Jill, called to asked if I wanted the items re-delivered I did reply no! She processed the order deliberately after she had her items back into the store. causing a graved inconvenience knowing that the refund would take days to be returned; as a result, being that this was my only snap benefits available I was unable to order food! I called several times before I could get this matter resolved thus further delaying my ability to repurchase my items with another vendor! Jill from Jewel located @ 115th and Kedzie in Merrioninate Park IL called me at 9:08 am on Jan the 4th I clearly stated I did not want the order re-delivered at that time my card had not been charged! She then out of spite processed my order at 11:40 AM hours after she had already spoken with me according to my app hours after she had already accepted those item back and had them in her possession. This is unacceptable and not what I would expect from such a highly respected community establishment!. I called several times, the customer several was very rude, they neither acknowledged my concerns not did she announce who I was speaking instead I was transferred. I called back and was hung-up on. after the third call and after I demanded to speak with Jill who was very rude and yelling back at me because I was yelling which I had a right to after several attempts to get answers legitimately. I will take a break from ordering from Jewel of which I have been ordering more than twice a week for months. I maybe just one person but I have friends on social media and I will express these concerns to everyone I come in contact with as well!

Suggested solution:

Customer service should be trained on how to assist their valued customer, stay their name as well as recognize the brand name that they're hired to represent. Manager Jill I strongly recommend that she be reprimanded for processing a returned order two hours after she had back in her possession!

P.S. Neither I nor my family will be shopping at any of your retail stores until and unless I am compensated for this unjust act by people and companies we are ask to trust for food and other items needed to live and survive on! Marino's is much more professional !!!!
