My complaint:
Picked up meds 1/25/24 and noticed metropol, high blood pressure med., missing. I informed pharmacist who said he would contact my doctor… it’s been over 1 month…. I am dangerously low on this medication… I then called 800 number for assistance and to file complaint,, but it was a total waste of time… I could barely her accent and she referred me right back to where the problem is! The customer service is horrendous… your staff should not be arguing with customers— ever… it’s no wonder you have fast turnover!
Suggested solution:
I need my medication … Communication with patients… no one should have to wait 1 month for meds!
