Jets Pizza complaint: Terrible service

My complaint:

Jets location on ann arbor rd in Plymouth, MI. I placed an order online on Fri 8/25/23 and everything was made perfectly. So I placed another order Sat 8/26/23. When I got there my pizza was burnt and I was told it was supposed to look like that. I asked for it to be made over. Once I got home my family began to eat it and it was not done. I left an email contacting the store about the issue and waited to be contacted back.when I did not hear from the store I placed a call and was told there was nothing could be done although I still had the pieces that had not been thrown away. My conversation with the manager on shift did not go well, she just stated that people are aways trying to get free pizza. I felt as though there was no resolve. She let me aware that the person making the pizza was a MANAGER, WOW I WAS SHOCKED!!. The rude disposition I would not have expected from a manager. You should not assume everyone just wants to get over. I had not been to that location in a while but it has definitely gone down since my last visit. For future reference if you order two days in a row you don’t just need free pizza

Suggested solution:

Take into account what the complaint is and don't just assume that everyone is trying to do the same thing. I did not appreciate the way it was handled. You would have to eat the pizza to know how doughy it was and I don't believe they would have. I do believe I am owed something be a discount or something to let the customer know they are appreciated.
