Jersey Mikes complaint: Rude service and the manager wasn’t helpful to resolve the situation.

My complaint:

I spend easily over a $100 dollars on 8 regular subs a month. On one 8 I get it Mikes way. On the second sub I just do lettuce and I always ask for a couple pieces of bacon. This past Saturday the older female informed me she wld charge me extra. They have NEVER charged me for an xtra piece of bacon. She even dropped a piece not on the floor but in front of her and thorough it away. The lady behind me was appalled at her treatment and even commented on her behavior.

She then kept asking me if I wanted to speak with the manger. I told her bc they were so busy and no help I’d just call him. Needless to say she continued to belittle me and continue asking me if I wanted the manager. I finally had enough and spoke with the manager Griffin who was absolutely no help at all. I honestly have noticed the bread is smaller the amount of meat is less and that they are only allowing 2 little pieces of bacon and the prices have gone up.

I’m highly upset and I am requesting a refund on two 8 regular subs. I can promise you that word of mouth in this small town goes along way. I’ve been supporting this store since they opened. I’m very hurt and disappointed.
