My complaint:

8/30/23 @ 10:30 am, I ordered a giant cheese steak asked not to cut it. Sarah said it comes in halves. I told her that they always make it whole then cut it. She kept arguing that they always cut in half. I told her they never did when did this change. Again Sarah said it’s always been that way. She said if I continue to talk to her this way, she would reimburse me and ask me to leave. I’ve been a customer for years never encountered an employee as rude inconsiderate as Sarah. She just wouldn’t allow me to speak without threatening to have me leave. She was the worst at customer service.
The young man making my sub just made it on a whole roll regardless of what she said that’s exactly what she should’ve done. She should’ve asked me if I’d prefer it on a whole roll. Instead she kept insisting that they always make it on 2 halves.
Sarah is bad for your business. She made the situation elevate with her threatening attitude instead of simply giving me what I wanted. A whole giant sub. She wouldn’t give me her last name but there were only 2 employees one was a young man.

Suggested solution:

I’m hoping someone talks to Sarah about her attitude in dealing with customers. Sarah got me quite upset as I was shaking when I left. I won’t go back if she’s there.
