My complaint:
I am 66 yrs old and on a fixed income, but I like to eat out occasionally. Jason Deli has always been a favorite of mine up until now. The closest JD is 15 miles from where I live so I don’t get there often. Today, I ordered my usual smoked turkey sandwich w swiss cheese, tomato, onions and mayo on sourdough bread. I got it to go and return back home. This is second time that the bread was almost stale and broke up in pieces. the turkey tasted fine, but there was no onions and very little mayo. I could only eat half of the sandwich and it was not good.
I never complained about the first time, but I doubt if I will ever go back there again especially since price is now higher than last time.
Suggested solution:
the only way I would ever go back there is if the company gave me a credit for another turkey sandwich and this time I will double check my order before leaving.
