My complaint:
I ordered food online and when I arrive there’s no parking I had to park for from the restaurant I walk in pick up my food didn’t realize they forgot my drink then I had to walk back in to get my drink. The hand made a cup and said get your damn drink I said y’all forgot my drink you should go get my drink send I park for I turn around go get my own drink she rude to me. She told me go get your damn self, she refused to get my drink. She she cannot cuss the customer see very rude. If Ceta manager sees BOBBY, go above and beyond for customer. when she forgot the customer drink she’s will complete the drink complete the order when customer arrive she knows she wrong and she was you the tone of cussing that’s not professional she need to get terminated
Suggested solution:
See me to get right up. I’ll remove her from the counter if she don’t know how to manage. See, cannot use the tone get your damn self that’s not how you run the business.
