Jasons Deli complaint: service and wrong take-out order

My complaint:

My sister and I dined at Jason’s 2 days this week, Oct.25th and Oct. 27th.
On the 27th, the line was out the door, they only had one person taking orders, so the the wait was long. Finally getting our food, baked potatoes, we asked for extra butter, upon receiving the butter, it was frozen solid, would not even melt on the potato,.! We finished our lunch and decided to order a take-out to have later that night. One Manager, they were all three helping with line cooks, brought us the wrong take-out twice !!!! Finally we got the right take out we had ordered. Upon arriving home, that evening, I decided to heat my order up, I had ordered a Pot Pie, instead of a potpie, they had given me, Chicken Noodle Soup !!! I guess I was supposed to pour that over the lousy, flat crust they had given me !!!! This Jason’t has great potential, but does it ever need help !!!!! I will continue to dine at Jason’s but not at this one. My son, used to work for Jason’t, bot in Amarillo, and in Wichita,Ks.. I was so vey disappointed both in the service, and in my take-out order. They, the girl taking the orders, did not even know who Kent, or Curt was. WOW

Suggested solution:

I just want the owners to see this !!! And for them to help this Jason's Deli, in Wolflin Village,Amarillo.
