My complaint:
I ordered a beefeater and chips. The cost was $11.99 and I thought that wasn’t too bad until I got my food and it was only a 1/2 a sandwich(very small) I went up to the counter and was told that a whole sandwich would have been $25 including the 2.09 side salad. How would i know what a managers special is? I do not work here. Customer service is important….maybe a little more training in that area would be a good idea. We will not be back!
Suggested solution:
Lower your prices…11.99 for a tiny little 1/2 sandwich and chips is ridiculous! Again, we will not be back! It seems that the customer experience is not important to this establishment! There are only 3 other people here and now i see why!
