Jasons Deli complaint: Poor service rude

My complaint:

Today Sunday 1:30pm I went to Jason Deli for sandwich and pizza. There were 4 cars in front of me, so it took me 10-12 mins to get to window. When I got to window, I paid for my meal and continued to wait another 5 mins (now 17 mins waiting). I was not given a receipt and then was told to pull up and wait. I stated I had been waiting 17mins and wanted a refund.
They told me again to pull up it would be right out. I told then I had to go to work and would only wait 2 minutes. I waited 5 minutes and went in for a refund and rude employee said here’s your order. Over 22 mins no receipt rude service, never go back to Jason again.

Suggested solution:

Reprimand employee and Manager. Refund my money as asked for.
