My complaint:
I placed a to go order for a ranchero wrap with no pico de gallo and I picked up my food and headed back to work to eat, but as I bit into my wrap it was very dry so I opened it up to find that it was only chicken and cheese!! There may have been about 5 jalapenos and there was absolutely no ranch on it at all!! Imagine my disappointment as I had never experienced this before. After half eating it (because of hunger) I threw the rest away and opened the bag of ruffles chips that I had gotten, only to find that they were stale! At this point I am very upset as I spent nearly $11 for a meal that was not at all pleasing to me!
Suggested solution:
A discount on another meal would be great!
