My complaint:
New management and has ruined the sandwich because they don’t know how to make it. Made me a new one twice. Manager came over and as I go to Jason’s quite often and I knew she was new. The beefeater has always been made by putting the regular beef in the bun and then closing it and putting cheese on top. Then give the customer the au jus like usual.
At the Fort Worth Camp Bowie store, the manager is dipping the beef in the HOT au jus before putting on the bread. It changes the flavor of the beef, and it chars the edges. I could not eat it. She is ruining the sandwich by doing this.
Suggested solution:
I was at the Camp Bowie store around 5 pm 8.4.22. She does not understand. I told her over and over the meat is always pink just like the sandwich.
Please instruct her on how to make the sandwich. I should not have to.
