complaint: Irresponsible Customer Service misled me and not helping on Return Refund

My complaint:

1. Accepted the return refund proposal as Seller agreed to pick up the item.
2. AliExpress customer service agent assured me that the seller will pay for the return shipping and pick up the item before the expiry of the return timeframe; otherwise I would still get the refund.
3. Upon the expiry of the return timeframe, I was informed of $0 refund and I appealed and customer service agents who still repeatedly assured me that I would get the full refund within days.
5. After a couple of weeks, AliExpress informed me that fund had been released to the seller and asked me to negotiate with the seller directly.
6. Requested AliExpress for help as Seller has not been responding to me, but AliExpress is not replying emails and customer service agents are not contactable!
