My complaint:
I initiated a trading with a person through Instagram, who works for investmentsfxtrading.com.
After achieving profits, a made several payments to try to receive my money. I paid for a Withdrawal fee, a BCE fee, paid to use the online banking (https:excellencetrustbanking.com) to receive the money and more for taxes. I ended up paying more than 23k but no payment ever worked! I never received anything.
After this, I was passed to the Payment Manager to finally get paid, but was informed that I could only receive through bitcoin and my profit would be imported to the app (coinmarket cap app) where he would send it directly to my bank account.
I continued paying: for a transfer to my bank account, for an IRT fee, to transfer to another account and also something related to the account’s signal strength. So 25k more. And still didn´t get my money. I’m being asked for one final payment. But I have put all my money on this. I got nothing. I have even asked for loans. I was given misleading information regarding these payments and always assuring they would be the final ones. I never got my part of the deal. No payment ever worked!
I made so many payments because I was told they would work, they would be the last… And they never where! I have been deceived and I just want this situation to be rectified.
I have informed the Payment Manager (1 (209) 789-6436), the Account Manager (https:www.instagram.comflorence_entrepreneur_1) and her company (44 7407 821908) that I just wanted a refund for the payments that didn’t work. I don’t even care about the profits. But I believe I should get a refund of my payments if they didn’t work!
And it seems the investment company support doesn’t even want to talk to me.
It’s not okay to deceive people like this!
